Greeting All and thanks for tuning in. Though it has been quite some time since we last connected we never really move that far apart. Meditation seems to work as a catalyst for that connection. Meditation strengthens and enhances it/us connecting to this nebulous, unified field that we are all a part of. I love how aware we humans are becoming. It’s a relief for a professional goof-off such as myself to know that weird is the new normal.
We’re recognizing the value of our essence. Even science is starting to catch up and come clean. We’re hearing more woke terms as a matter of course such as, quantum physics, quantum field, NDE (near death experience), law of attraction, epigenetics, psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), consciousness, channeling, remote viewing, and a host of other terms that are used for what we are all born knowing, including the old adage, ESP (extrasensory perception).
We, as the general public, are finally realizing we are not alone in our universe. And, that our universe is only one in the vast unending multiverse. Follow your heart. Be joyful and silently meditate. Start with just 5 minutes a day. Don’t worry about your crazy brain/thoughts interrupting. That’s natural especially when just starting out. Give yourself a quiet 5 minutes of breathing. That’s all. Just be comfortable and breathe. You can do it! It’s only natural.
