My name is Patricia Lentz. I am the creator of The Closet Academic. A mature American woman, metaphysician and meditator living in the early 21st century, I have come to the understanding that the more I know the less I know. I know that we, as hu-man be-ings, are of a selfish nature and in our natural state we are Light and Happy and we Feel good! I know that we, as individuals, set our own life’s trajectory, every moment. More and more people are doing it consciously. We are being mindful. I know that life provides contrasts as focusing tools to help us see what we do want.
It is said that we humans have about 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts per day. Imagine the Power of these thoughts as they emit their Vibration; they are like magnets, pulling together, attracting like vibrations, coalescing, picking up momentum and expanding exponentially into the manifest. Living in the physical, we and all we know, are the projection, the product of the vibration of which we most dominantly energize. In this very moment, as our thoughts chatter on, we can feel the direction of them through our emotions. “Be selfish enough to care about how you feel. There is nothing more important than that you feel good” – and – Meditate – Meditate – Meditate.
